The introduction of the HQ5615/B in August 1999 has resulted in the following
changes:
1. Because the switch of the HQ5615/B has been soldered on the other side
of the PCB, the pin of the on/off button has been shortened.
This change has resulted in the introduction of the following code numbers:
4822 441 12311 HOUSING /B (item 11)
4822 214 13017 POWER MODULE /B (item 12)
2. When the stock of HQ5615/A power module 4822 214 12708 has been
used up, reference will be made to the /B power module.
This new code number includes an extra on/off button, to be fitted when
used in the /A version.
During this switchover 4822 214 12708 has been delivered as an assembly
of 4822 214 13017 and 4822 441 12311.
At the same time 4822 214 13017 came without on/off button.
When used in the /A version, an extra housing 4822 441 12311 has to be
ordered.
3. End 1999 the connecting wires between the PCB and the motor have been
replaced by a motor connector and Zener diode D7 has been shifted to the
motor.
The code number of this motor connector is 4222 036 01150.
In some cases the sealing of the HQ5615 may fail, calling for the replacement
of many parts.
For these cases a special assembly has been made available, consisting of a
shaver (without shaving unit, items 1 to 4) and a trimmer.
The code number of this assembly is 4822 697 00004.
