Caused by HIS0169 hybrid device - replace with HIS0169C modified type to prevent HT rising in st/by - also change C852 1n8 ceramic cap with a polyester type you can purchase 10 of them from ARD for 25p + vat! The order code is 160-00458. Check HT in st/by - should be 140v but could be much higher if any of the former are faulty
