MCM7,M8 U-loader rework procedure (disassembly) Method B 1. Take out four screws from top panel and then pull out the top panel. Equipment : Screw driver Torx 10 2.Screw out four screws of left /right panel and then pull out the left/right panel. Equipment : Screw driver Torx 10 3. Use a stick to press the lock of CD tray and let CD tray out, pull of CD tray, then pull off CD cover Equipment : stick (about 15-20CM) 4. Open the U-loader assembly fixed screw and disconnect FFC cabel, then take out the U-loader assembly. Equipment : Screw driver Torx 10 5.use stick press the lock button and pull CD tray out. Equipment : stick (about 15-20CM) 6. Screw out four pieces of screw from four holes on CD module which mount CD modue with bracket module. Equipment : Screw driver Torx 10 7. Disconnect the FFC cable and take out The CD module from CD bracket and screw out four of cross-head screw from module. Equipment : Screw driver (cross head 2.6) 9. Paste Fiber Washer (8241 150 10571) on each screw. Important: Fiber washer should be concentric with the washer of screw. Material: fiber washer 8241 150 10571
