DETAIL
1. Unable to play certain BD titles decrypted by a copy-protection technology "BD+" and instead display on TV screen a
message advising you to update your player, or
SYMPTOM
2. Display on TV screen a message advising you to update your player, and then attempt to play the BD titles but the picture
will be severely distorted.
CAUSE Due to wrong ID data stored in the players
Clear the ID number and restore it using the ID disc GGV1334 or GGV1343.
SERVICE Mark a small black dot on ID label of rear panel after remedying.
REMEDY *See service manual for each model on how to clear/restore the ID numer.
*Do not use GGV1324 for restoring the ID number because it contains wrong ID data.
