Remove the existing gasket from the foamed door by pulling the outer edge of the gasket. Ensure that the door liner does not lift too far from the door panel surface. 2. Clean the foam in the door liner groove area where the gasket is locked with a suitable tool. 3. Install the new service gasket so that the rigid portion of the service gasket is inserted into the door liner groove. 4. Apply fast curing adhesive( eg. Ethyl Cyano Acryalate based Locktite ) along the entire length of the gasket between the gasket and the door panel surfaces, including the door endcaps. 5. After curing for 5 minutes check that the gasket has properly adhered.
