Mount the Shield Plate as shown in Figure 1. Adhesive is already attached to the Shield Plate. REF DESCRIPTION PART NUMBER - SHIELD PLATE 4-985-669-01 Solder a wire with a solder lug to the Shield Plate. Connect that wire between the Shield Plate and a mounting screw of the Mechanical Deck. See Figure 2 and Figure 3 shown below. The part number for the wire with lug is listed in the table below.
