Solution: Check to make sure the cable wires between the "HB" board, top of unit, and the "M" board are not touching the CRT. These wires should be held in the slots of the terminal posts located on the top of the bezel cabinet. If the wires can not be secured in the slot then electrical tape should be added to secure the wires to the bezel slots. Make sure the rest of the cable is properly dressed along the entire length between the two boards so as not to touch the CRT. Re adjust the unit using the Service Mode and write the data into memory.
