Symptom: (2310) The picture may disappear but the audio remains. The front panel timer/standby LED blinks in groups of 5 flashes. Turning the set off and then on again may restore the picture, but the timer/standby LED may continue to blink. This bulletin revision is being issued to change the procedure for correcting the symptom. The original procedure called for changing resistors on the CR, CG, and CB boards. These boards, with the resistors already changed, can now be ordered from the Sony World Repair Parts Center (WRPC-AS) in Kansas City, Mo. The rest of the procedure remains the same as it was in the original bulletin. NOTE: The following procedure only needs to be performed on units with serial numbers less than 9000460.
