Solution: Add a 10uf 50V electrolytic capacitor (part number 1-126-059-11) to IC330, the Amp Level Control IC. IC330 is located on the Dolby Board. Solder the capacitor across pin 3 (negative side of capacitor) to pin 6 (ground). See diagram below.
