Note: This symptom does not occur when the remote is used in a wireless or monaural configuration. Serial Number Range Affected 2,000,001-2,002,640 Solution: If the customer should complain of this symptom then perform the following: To correct this condition, solder additional Zener diodes to the remote controller board. 1. Slide bottom cover in direction of arrow in Figure 2, and remove cover to access remote controller board as shown in Figure 3. Fig 2 4. Solder cathode of Zener diode to K of diode D12, and solder anode of Zener diode to negative polarity of capacitor C4, as shown in Figure 3, inset. 5.
