Cause When a high stack of originals is pushed with too much force, the Stopper which hold the leading edge of the originals, adheres to the Seal at the Rib of the Top cover. When the DP feed is started under this condition, the DP feed roller descends insufficiently, resulting in Paper jam J9000. Solution The Seal which is affixed to the Rib at the Top cover (At the back of the Main body), has been removed.
