Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer. Symptom: No playback of HD-sat receiver after selecting another source. If you switch on AVP-A1HD with input e.g. SAT and HDMI and it is configured for HD-Sat receiver you can watch the HD-movie. But, if you toggle between SAT and a different source the HD-movie will not be visible. Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs. METHOD OF UPDATE via DPMS: Read me at first! Please initialize the unit before updating the firmware if you have never updated the firmware of the unit via "DPMS". When you already updated the firmware of the unit via "DPMS", it is not necessary to initialize the unit again. Updating the firmware (Refer to the Instruction Manual.) 1) Turn the Power Supply of the unit off. 2) Connect the Ethernet terminal of the unit to the Network line by Ethernet straight cable. (Don't use Ethernet cross cable.) 3) The connection of the network recommends the Ethernet cable for certain update. 4) Turn the Power Supply of the unit on. 5) The unit sets the Internet.
