Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer. Symptom: 1) We have received several reports from customers that AVR- 391's will freeze intermittently. Controls do not work. 2) When signal level is changed, the AutoDetect function might not work properly, and then sound might not be produced. Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs. Please refer to Service Manual. Time necessary for update: approximately 10 min. File Name: AVR1311_AVR391_DZ10-128.zip Boot Tool: AVR1311_AVR391_BootTool_M330-1.zip Firmware Version : Confirming the firmware's number after upgrading: Plug AC cord into power outlet while pressing both the "DIMMER" button and "STATUS" button on the front panel simultaneously.
