Symptom: 1) "Menu-Manual" > "Setup-Option" > "Setup-2Way Remote" function of the AV amplifier is set to "Used" mode. 2) "MultEQ Pro" software is started with PC. 3) "Model name of the AV amplifier" is chosen, and PC communicates with the AV amplifier. 4) "Communication timeout error" is displayed, and it is not possible to communicate. Solution: 1) "Menu-Manual" > "Setup-Option" > "Setup-2Way Remote" function of the AV amplifier is set to "Not Used" mode. 2) Please select "Used" or "Not Used" of "2Way Remote" on AV amplifier if necessary after the setting of "MultEQ Pro" software ends. Note: 1) "Communication timeout error.
