Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer. Symptom: 1) Clock control of DVD-A1UDCI disappears and picture and sound were not outputted when put other BD-ROM after having played BD-ROM "AKIRA". 2) Indication of time and track number on FL display and OSD does not change when playing CD. 3) Does not read specification BD "LEGENDS OF JAZZ with RAMSEY LEWIS SHOWCASE". ("NO DISC" is displayed.) Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs. Please do not use Proxy for updating in the Network environment! If customers use setting of Proxy, the unit won't update the firmware properly. Caution: It is necessary to initialize the unit before the update work begins. The customer has to initialize their BD/DVD Player. Please update the firmware after you confirm this matter to the customer beforehand. Updating the firmware (Refer to the Instruction Manual.) 1) Turn the Power Supply of the unit off. 2) Connect the Ethernet terminal of the unit to the Network line by Ethernet straight cable. The update doesn't succeed when the customer's set cannot correctly hook up to the Internet. In this case, please confirm the internet environment of the customers house. Check to see if the customers set can receive internet radio. There are some problems under the internet environment when the Internet radio cannot be received. 8) Press "SETUP" button on the Remote control and indicates the GUI menu. 9) Press "CURSOR" button. 10) The GUI
