The two washers are made larger. Reason: The short flanges made side-way play (movement) on the "Bracket Ass'y; Blade Cushion", and sometimes caused it to lock while making vertical movement. At the same time, the small diameter washers were likely to get jammed in the sliding guide holes. Modification: The four flanges were extended 0.2 millimeters.
