Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer. Symptom: After updating the firmware via DPMS, the unit does not indicate the latest version of the firmware. The customer can update the firmware again. The following items were improved by the firmware update listed in OST-F1524 1) "Loading" is displayed, and the unit might be frozen. 2) "Please Wait" is displayed, and the unit might be frozen. 3) When unit is outputting and selecting the Audio selection at DENON LINK, the audio signal is not output from the DENON LINK output. 4) There is a mechanism in which DISC cannot be correctly installed due to driving power shortage. Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs. NOTE: Please do not use Proxy for updating in the Network environment! If customer is using a Proxy setting the unit won't update the firmware properly. Caution: It is necessary to initialize the unit before the update work begins. The customer has to initialize their BD/DVD Player. Please update the firmware after you confirm this matter to the customer beforehand.
