Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer. Symptom: 1) It becomes HDCP attestation error at SD card Loading when the BD player is connected with A/V amplifier with HDMI. The HDMI connection might be released. 2) Squeeze is always done when setting it to "4:3 squeeze auto" with "Component 480i". 3) The HDMI output is set to "1080/60p". When the power supply of the unit is Standby, is turned on. When 1080/24p is reproduced, the HDMI output becomes 1080/24p. 4) The picture quality of the DVD disc of PAL system is improved. Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs. Please do not use Proxy for updating in the Network environment! If customer uses setting of Proxy, the unit doesn't update the firmware properly. Caution: It is necessary to initialize the unit before the update work begins. The customer has to initialize their BD/DVD Player. Please update the firmware after you confirm this matter to the customer beforehand. Preparing for updating: (Refer to the Instruction Manual.) 1) Turn the Power Supply of the unit off. 2) Connect the Ethernet terminal of the unit to the Network line by Ethernet straight cable.
