Symptom: 1) DENON LINK 4th does not work when use the unit with TH- P50VT2 (Panasonic Plasma TV, correspond with HDMI1.4 ARC). 2) A lot of customers have experienced a problem while updating DBP-4010UD via DPMS since latest Firmware (DZ10-013). Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs. Please do not use a Proxy for updating in the Network environment! If the customer uses a Proxy setting the unit won't update the firmware properly. Caution: It is necessary to initialize the unit before the update work begins. The customer has to initialize their BD/DVD Player. Please update the firmware after you confirm this matter to the customer. Updating the firmware (Refer to the Instruction Manual.) 1) Turn the Power Supply of the unit off. 2) Connect the Ethernet terminal of the unit to the Network line by Ethernet straight cable. (Don't use Ethernet cross cable.) 3) The connection of the network recommends the Ethernet cable for certain update. 4) Turn the Power Supply of the unit on. 5) Remove the Disc from the Tray. 6) Please confirm!
