Solution: Reset the System Controller, IC201, by simultaneously pressing and holding the numeric buttons 4, 5 and 6 when powering the unit ON. The message "Initial" will appear in the display. In rare instances the unit will not reset using this method. Should this happen, disconnect the AC plug and short backup capacitor C201. C201 is located on the Display Board.
