For example, if a procedure requires you to first do another procedure given elsewhere in the manual the text may say, "First remove the front case, using removal procedure 1." N O T E The procedures in this chapter are removal procedures. To do the replacement procedure, reverse the removal procedure, unless stated otherwise. Remove the print cartridge. You may place the print cartridge in a plastic bag to reduce the possibility of ink clogs in the nozzles and ink loss due to evaporation. 2. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power adapter. 3. Disconnect the interface cable.
