Slide the cover downwards and the cover will be released. 2. Step 3. Lift the battery first from the bottom end. Step 4. Remove the battery. 3. Remove the SIM card from its location. 4. Remove A­cover. Step 1. Press the button on the top of the phone. Step 2. Pull A­cover apart. NOTE snap fixings at the lower end of A­cover. Issue 1 12/1999 E Nokia Mobile Phones Ltd. NOTE: When assembling the screws, use 17 Ncm torque. 6. Remove the PCB from B­cover. Parts can be separated. 7. Latch and latch spring can be separated after removal of the left A­cover fixing. 8. 1. 1. When taking the PCB and UI module apart remember the snap fixings on both sides of the LCD. NOTE: When assembling make sure UI and PCB module edges are fitted also correctly. 9. Remove the speaker from its housing. NOTE: Install allways new speake
