SPECIFIC VEHICLE ALARM FITTING INSTRUCTIONS www.cobra.it REV. 00 PETROL DIESEL X MAKE ALARM/SIREN POSITION FORD MOD. FIESTA YEAR 02 Position the compact alarms and the sirens behind the driver's side headlamp. Pass the cables using the rubber sleeve located on the bulkhead that divides the engine compartment and the passenger's compartment. Position the modular systems and the modules under the dashboard, driver's side. +30: connect to a positive that supply the fuse box. -31: connect to an original ground terminal located on the left, under the dashboard, driver's side. +15/54: connect to the WHITE/GREEN wire, at the position nr.1, in the black connector above the brake pedal. Connect to the BLUE wire, at the position nr.7, and to the BLUE/RED wire at the position nr.6, in the light blue connector in the central, under the steering column, driver's side. Positive control signal Front window driver's side: cut the WHITE wire in the 7 way black connctor, in the original push buttons panel. Front windows passenger's side: cut the WHITE/VIOLET wire in the wiring harness coming out of the driver's side door. Negative control signal Connect to the BLACK/RED wire, at the position nr.9 (unlock), in the green connector, and to the BLACK/GREEN wire at the position nr. 12, in the dark grey connector (lock). Connections are made in the wiring harness coming out of the central located on the left, under the steering column. Inertial switch Cut the GREEN/ORANGE wire directly in the wiring harness coming out of the inertial switch located behind the passenger's side glove compartment. +50: Cut the GREY/BLACK wire, at the position nr.7, in the 7 way black connector, in the ignition key. Install an additional switch on the headlamp support plate, driver's side. Connect to the BLACK/BLUE wire, at the position nr.3 in the dark grey connector, in the central under the steering column, driver's side.
