Symptom: The compressor does not run and the refrigerator does not cool. Root Cause: The compressor harness is too short and disconnects from the cabinet connector. It can become loose when the compressor wiring cover is attached at the factory, and then dislodged during shipment due to vibration. Field Repair: Unplug the refrigerator, and then re-attach the harness plug at the cabinet connector. Plug the unit back in. The compressor may take up to 8 minutes to start. Factory Solution: A longer harness is now being used in production (300mm in length).
