Solution: Verify that the water line is frozen, preventing water from flowing to the ice maker. Replace the freezer door if the line is frozen. How to Determine if the Water Line is Obstructed in the Freezer Door 1. Remove the bottom leg cover and locate the orange water line. 2. Remove the ice maker cover. 3. Disconnect the orange water line at the coupler. 4. Introduce air into the orange water line and check airflow out of the ice maker fill tube. 5. If there is no air flow out of the ice maker fill tube, replace the freezer door.
