Enable harddisk Press the "Vol-" key together with the "Cursor Right" key The LCD will now show the following : and after about 2-5 seconds it should also show HD init'zed. During the initialisation sequence, backlight of the device will be activated. After the disk start sequence is completed the backlight will be turned off, and you can proceed to the next step. LCD now shows as following : 1/8 DE10JUN 09.11.04 PAI Connect USB cable After the HD is enabled, connect the USB cable to the PC. Within about 15 seconds it should show as a drive letter in the windows explorer. If old files are stored on the disc, delete them or format the disc, to get an empty device. 2/8 DE10JUN 09.11.04 PAI Once this shows, start the Application_xxx.exe file and extract contend to the device. Take care that the correct drive letter is typed in. e.g. e: Unplug the USB device Press the disconnect icon (in the lower right corner of the screen) Select the HDD0x0. 3/8 DE10JUN 09.11.04 PAI Press the stop button, following screen should appear. Now press OK, following message must appear. After this message is shown, disconnect the USB cable from the HDD0x0. 4/8 DE10JUN 09.11.04 PAI Restart the HDD0x0 Reprogramming only HDD050, HDD065 and 070 |
