Cannot install driver software to Mac PC by using attached CD-ROM
SYMPTOM
* There is no problem when installing to Windows PC even if problematic disc is used.
CAUSE Failure of CD-ROM (Files for Mac were missing due to production error of master disc)
Please deal with this matter by either of the below method.
SERVICE 1. Guide to the following website and ask the customer to download the correct software by itself
REMEDY http://www.prodjnet.com/support/
2. Replace CD-ROM with DXX2694
