reorder channels with this tool:
plug USB drive to TV
in channel settings create channel list backup
plug USB drive to computer, there should be xml file (cm*.xml) in backup directory (it might have different names)
open that file with PhilipsChannelOrder
overwrite file on usb drive
plug USB drive back to TV and in channel settings use option to restore channel list
