General Description Features
The RT9603 is a high frequency, dual MOSFET drivers l Drives Two N-Channel MOSFETs
specifically designed to drive two power N-Channel l Adaptive Shoot-Through Protection
MOSFETs in a synchronous-rectified buck converter l Supports High Switching Frequency
topology. The device combined with the RT924x series - Fast Output Rise Time
of multi-phase PWM controllers and MOSFETs form a - Propagation Delay 40ns
complete core voltage regulator solution for advanced l Tri-State Input for Bridge Shutdown

The output drivers in the RT9603 can efficiently switch
