unexpected transients. These miniature surface mount MOSFETs
feature ultra low RDS(on) and true logic level performance. This device 9 AMPERES
is designed for use in low voltage, high speed switching applications 20 VOLTS
where power efficiency is important. Typical applications are DC- -DC RDS(on) = 26 m
converters, and power management in portable and battery powered (VGS = 4.5 V, ID = 6.5 A)
products such as computers, printers, cellular and cordless phones.
