SUBJECT: Intermittent No Video in DTV (DVD) 480P Mode _____________________ Background: There is an intermittent no-video problem with the RB15NS and RB17NS LCD monitors. It occurs in DTV (DVD) 480p mode with the Samsung set-top box model SIRT150X. When you turn the monitor power on and off the symptom may occasionally appear. Cause: Communication error between the monitor's micom IC and set-top box (SIRT150X). Replace old version Micom IC with the revised Micom IC (VER.1.3).
