10 meter FM Band Conversion (26.065 - 29.655MHz Mod)
1. Remove the covers from the radio and locate X2 (grid location E2 Main PCB). Replace X2 13.560MHz
crystal to a 14.460MHz crystal.
2. Do a complete Alignment of the radio.
3. Re-Assemble the unit and check All Bands and functions for Proper operation.
This will give you the following freqs. in order.
Band A = 26.065 - 26.505
Band B = 26.515 - 26.955
Band C = 26.965 - 27.405
Band D = 27.415 - 27.855
Band E = 27.865 - 28.305
Band F = 28.315 - 28.755
Band G = 28.765 - 29.205
Band H = 29.215 - 29.655
This will cover almost the complete 10 meter range 28.000 - 29.700 and still keep the 11 meter CB.
