The top oven comprises a dual variable grill element (which is connected in series for the top oven element) and an under oven element all operated by conventional controls. The top oven cooling fan is turned on and off as the selector switch is set to a function or turned off. Operation of the top oven does not operate the bottom cooling fan.

BOTTOM OVEN
The bottom oven three elements. Single grill, fan forced and the under oven element. ONLY ONE ELEMENT IS ON AT ANY TIME. On static oven and fan assist oven settings, only the grill element is on for a period of time and then only the under oven element is on for a period of time. This cycle is repeated continuously. The on and off time periods are selected by the central processing unit (Computer CPU) and are continuously variable. On fan forced plus under oven element, only the fan forced element is on for a period of time and then only the bottom element is on for a period of time. This cycle is repeated continuously during the cooking cycle. On the P1 & P2 settings all the elements are cycled, i.e. only the grill element is on, then only the fan forced element is on and then only the under oven element is on. This cycle is repeated continuously during the cooking process. The elements are controlled by the CPU via relays. The relays can be heard clicking on and off continuously during the cooking process. Both cooling fans operate when the lower oven has warmed and will continue to run for a period of time determined by the CPU after the lower oven has been turned off. The upper oven cooling fan operates when any upper oven function (including light only) is selected.

SAFETY FUNCTIONS
There are two safety functions built into the main oven only. The main oven will turn itself off after four and a half hours of undisturbed operation on any of the cooking functions and after eight hours undisturbed operation on the MLTF functions.

OVEN FUNCTIONS (Rotating knob clockwise)
Light only Multi Low Temperature Functions (MLTF). Two Settings only 35°C for defrosting or proving bread dough. Grill element only operates. 60°C keep warm function. Grill element and under oven element operate sequentially.

Grill element and under oven element operate sequentially. Default oven temperature setting 200°C.

Fan Assist Oven Same as static oven except the oven fan operates. Default oven temperature setting 175°C. Grill Grill element operates. Heat settings from 1 to 5. Grill element will be controlled to limit oven temperature to approximately 200°C. Default power setting is 3. Closed door grilling but open door grilling will produce better results. Grill element operates. Heat settings from 1 to 5. Default setting is 3. Grill elements will be controlled to limit oven temperature to approximately 200°C. Closed door grilling.

Fan Grill

Fan Forced Oven Fan forced element and circulating fan operate. Default oven temperature setting 160°C Fan Forced Plus Under Oven Element Circulating fan operates. Fan forced element and under oven element operate sequentially. Default oven temperature setting 160°C. Preprogammed Functions P1 For cooking Italian style pizza (thick base, fresh tomato and no meat.) Cook book gives recipes and examples. Oven preheats to default setting of 260°C or can be adjusted down to 250°C. (First cut out is approximately 30°C above the setting.) Open oven door and insert food and oven temperature will drop to set preheat temperature. After preheat, oven temperature is automatically reset to default setting of 240°C which can be adjusted down to 230°C. For cooking some styles of breads. Cook book gives recipes and examples. Oven preheats to 220°C or can be adjusted down to 200°C (First cut out is approximately 20°C above the setting.) Open oven door and insert food and oven temperature will drop to set preheat temperature. After preheat, oven temperature is automatically reset to default setting of 200°C which can be adjusted down to 180°C

DIAGNOSTICS AND FAULT CODE
The bottom oven has a continuous monitoring system for the temperature sensor. If the sensor fails for any reason the oven will display "F 01" even when the oven is not in use. Isolate the oven from the incoming mains and replace the temperature sensor.
