Symptom:
(133) No registration or loss of picture due to the loss of either the +/-15v
line.

Solution: If the capacitors C1713 or C1718, on the "D" Board, (located off of
IC-905/pin 3 and IC-906/pin 3) should fail, loss of registration or picture
may occur. If replacement becomes necessary use the following:
