Process the phone according to local requirements. Test Instruction, SP/ Mechanical To verify if the product is faulty and confirm the customer's complaint. All test actions must be performed. If the fault is found, continue with Trouble shoot, or if SW fault is reported, continue with Identify Software Fault.
Arrival Test
Identify Software Fault.
Find the software problem according to problem reported from customer. If No SW Fault is found, continue to SW update to latest revision if needed,
and Unit Out.
Trouble-shoot
Trouble Shooting Guide, SP/ Mechanical Determine the cause of the failure. Trouble-shoot the phone according to the guide for the most common faults. Working Instruction, SP/ Mechanical Repair the faulty phone according to the instruction. Replace parts as required. (Product Change Survey, SP/Mechnical) Flashing the latest software into the phone at this point may "repair" some problems.
Repair SW/Mechanical
Manual Test SW update to latest revision if needed Unit Out
Test Instruction, SP/ Mechanical To verify that the phone works, all test actions must be performed. Control the SW revision in the product, update to latest revision if needed. Process and package the phone according to local requirements. If the cause of the failure cannot be found or is not reparable at this level, then send the phone to the next repair level, or return it to the customer at the customer's request.
