Subject: Switching Noise Heard From Speakers While Date: November 18, 1994
Volume Is Being Increased Or Decreased.
Symptom:
(54) Switching noise may be heard from the speakers while the volume level is being
increased or decreased. The noise is particularly noticeable when high power
amplifiers or high efficiency speakers are connected to the unit.
Solution: If the customer complains of this problem, remove R126, R128, R226, and R228
from the Main board. On XR-U800, also remove R151 and R251.
