General Description Features

The AOD472 uses advanced trench technology and VDS (V) = 25V
design to provide excellent RDS(ON) with low gate ID = 50A (VGS = 10V)
charge. This device is suitable for use in PWM, load RDS(ON) <6 m (VGS = 10V)
switching and general purpose applications. Standard RDS(ON) <9.5 m (VGS = 4.5V)
product AOD472 is Pb-free (meets ROHS & Sony
