Introduction

The W3630A series DDR3 BGA probes enable probing of embedded memory DIMMs
directly at the ball grid array with Keysight Technologies, Inc. logic analyzers and
oscilloscopes.

The Keysight W3630A series DDR3 BGA probes for logic analyzers and oscilloscopes
enable viewing of data traffic on industry standard DDR3 DRAMs with the Keysight
16900 Series and U4154A logic analysis systems and Infiniium 9000 and 90000 Series
oscilloscopes.
