Symptom:
(62) The disc table (B) rotation speed is too fast and will not stop rotating.

Solution: If this problem is seen, note the serial number of the unit and add the proper resistor
in parallel to R459 (1.2K ohm). The additional resistor (listed below) should be
added to the foil pattern side of the PCB.
