PROBLEM: "White Dot Noise" pattern visible on low RF signal input.

White dot noise pattern occurs when signal RF input is too low. This modification will improve the signal/noise
vastly.

Instructions:

1. Remove C820 (Ceramic Cap 270pF 1KV)

2. Insert (Ceramic Cap 470pF 1KV) into location C820

3. Add a 0.22nF 630V capacitor in parallel with D806.
