Symptom:
(211) If you should experience intermittent or no operations

Solution: Place a spacer, adhesive side against the case, under the three
positive battery terminals. These spacers should be centered under
the spiral spring contact.
Only applicable to Serial numbers below 4060401

Note: Intermittent battery operation may be the result of using batteries that
have a shoulder at the positive end. This protruding shoulder
interferes with the positive battery terminal case contacts. The spacer
will eliminate this problem.
