Symptom:
(B33) If selecting either the French or Spanish language from the menu, white bars may
appear superimposed over the picture.



Solution: The On Screen Display chip on the "AB" Board IC7303/ pins 12, 30, 31, or 32 might be
cold soldered. Re-soldering these pins should eliminate the problem.
