Symptom:
(****) Due to the complexity of some of the circuit boards and assemblies in the above
mentioned models, certain boards have been classified as Field Replaceable Units
(or "FRU").

NOTE: These models are not SAYS models.

Solution: Refer to the following table to determine if a suspect board or assembly has FRU status. If it
does, order the complete board or assembly from Sony's World Repair Parts Center in
Kansas City, Mo. The defective board or assembly must be returned to a specific Sony
repair location; refer to the return paperwork included with the new board or assembly for
the shipping address.
