Turn the unit upside-down on a padded surface. 50

Remove eight screws holding the base to the enclosure: four are in the center
of each plastic "foot". 49
Remove bottom plastic base. 50

Remove the five Phillips woofer mounting screws. 52
Extract woofer - pay attention to polarity and the speaker wires; the wire

terminals are similar in size, but there are plus & minus symbols on the woofer
terminal.
