Model: DVD-3910, DVD-5910, DVD-5910CI
Subject: Firmware Correction.
Symptom: 1) Setting items indicate a grayed out screen when you cycle the
power on/off when in the "AUDIO 2CH SETUP" mode or when:
1-1) Selecting "2CH (SRS OFF)" or "2CH (SRS ON)" with a picture on in set-up
mode.
1-2) Turning off the power then turn it on again.
1-3) Selects "SET UP", and then goes to "Audio page".
1-4) Moves the cursor to "Lower direction" and "Right direction".
The customer does not select "2CH (SRS OFF)" or "2CH (SRS ON)", does select
"MULTI CHANNEL" only.
Solution: The Back-end software has been updated. Please record the
update file onto a blank CD-R and update the firmware in the Back-end of your
customer's unit upon refurbishment of the unit and/or claim.
