Model: DVD-3930CI
Subject: Countermeasure for the malfunction of the Composite and S-Video
output operation. (color Drops-out).
Symptom: If a DVD is played back using the DVD Drive on the DVD-3930CI
and DVD-3930, after connecting the DVD-3930CI and DVD-3930 to the old
Image Monitor by means of the Composite and S-Video output, the color will
drop out.
Solution: Replace the following 15pF Capacitors to 8pF capacitors in the unit.
Replace C222 and C227 upon claim of the unit. (You can replace both capacitors
from bottom side of the unit.)
