NEW MCU SOFTWARE VERSION 04.19

New MCU software version 04.19 has been released for NHM-5

Changes made from version 04.18 to version 04.19:

- Version 4.19 will have the same functionality as version 4.18

Note: New text strings (localisation), which were implemented in software
version 4.23, contained some specific characters (i.e. Clear Key when writing
SMS). Software version 4.19 will correct these failures.
