NEW SERVICE SOFTWARE VERSION 3.13

New service software version 3.13 has been released for NSK-1/3, NSE-1/3/6,
NSM-1/2/3 and NSB-1/3/6/7 products.

Note: You cannot use DLL version 3.13 before WinTesla version 6.10 or
later with dongle drivers is installed.

This release of the WinTesla DLL is Y2K compliant.

Changes made from version 3.12 to version 3.13:

- Unicode welcome note text is not shown in User Settings dialog
- Fixed SCM Edit and SCM & User Settings when phone does not respond
- Added user cancel possibility, when loading settings from files fails in SCM
& User Settings
- Added cancel possibility to question dialogs at the beginning of flashing
- Removed section name restriction (was 15 characters) for Market Areas in
flash pack files
- Product verification file is emptied before starting reading from phone to
avoid confusion, when reading fails and phone has been read earlier and
file exists
- Support for NSE-2 and NSM-3D phones added to the installation package
- Added unicode support for NSE-2
- Added support for NSE-2 style SIM lock setting
- Product verification support fixed for NSM-3D and NSE-2
- Minimum support for unicode phones (NSM-3D and NSE-2) to SCM Edit

Note: Binary settings file (bin-file) saved during flashing or in SCM & User
Settings is not compatible with earlier versions of support modules (3.12 or
earlier) and bmp-file is no longer used.
