TL494 for switching control is fixed-frequency PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) IC and its discriminative functions are
as follows.

INTRODUCTION
With following functions, IC701 realizes the serial communication with loader(built-in RL-S890/ES6008
MPEG Chip) according to software.

- 8-step dimming circuitry
- Multi Display mode(16digit 12 segment ~ 8digit 20 segment)
- LED port supportable(5Ch, max 20mA)
INPUT/OUTPUT TERMINAL
- Input: receive VSTB, VCLK and VDAT from Loader(built-in RL-S890/ES6008 MPEG Chip) and scan key
input at voltage level.
- Output: output VDAT to Loader(built-in RL-S890/ES6008 MPEG Chip) and operate VFD.

DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION
- If a user presses a key while MPEG Chip(ES6008) is scanning a key thru VFD Driver(CS16312EN),
PT6300 receives key input and if it inputs serially the received data to MPEG Chip(ES6008), it analyzes and
process the command.
Operate the action according to an input command and display the corresponding information on VFD thru
CS16312EN.

Key Scan & VFD Driver(CS16312EN) Interface
By the command of KEY or IR, data is analyzed and processed through LOADER(RL-SL820)
MPEG(ES6008) IR INPUT terminal.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
- If the user presses KEY while MPEG Chip(ES6008) is giving KEY INPUT command through PIC12F675,
the CPU, KEY is put in from PIC12F675, data is serially put in to MPEG Chip(ES6008), and the
corresponding command is analyzed and processed.
The function in accordance with the command is performed, and the corresponding information is displayed
on the monitor.

INTRODUCTION
Receive FR and FL signals from MPEG Chip(ES6008), amplify(U101) them to output analogue signals to 2CH

Select DVD output and external input and finally output them.
FUNCTIONS
When the power is on, it is inputted as IC PIN No. 9, 10 and 11 at LOW(0V) AUX CONT voltage and audio
and video signals are outputted while the power is off, it is inputted as IC PIN No. 9, 10, and 11 at HIGH(12V)
AUX CONT and the audio and video from external input are selected and finally outputted.
