Subject: Countermeasure for a malfunction reported when the customer
connects the source equipment to the COMPONENT input of the AV receiver
and then the AV receiver and Display with an HDMI connection.
Symptom: When the customer connects the source equipment to the
COMPONENT input of the AV receiver and then the AV receiver and Display
with an HDMI connection. If the customer controls the MASTER VOLUME up
and down, a Flashing Noise is seen in the picture.
Solution: The MICON software has been updated to improve operation.
Please install the Exclusive Writer Software to a PC and rewrite your customer's
unit upon claim. (Please refer to the supplied rewriting procedures.)
